Rick Owens F/W 2009.10 Paris

Rick is making his way effortlessly
a big relief, and such a marvelous pain-killer till now

This is all so beautiful...so much to take in..I can't wait to see this in store.. Sigh.

:crush:

It's tremendously feminine yet very strong...

The close-ups are incredible!! :woot: i love the subtle play with colours, shapes and textures.
He creates truly timeless and seasonless clothes.

I don't think i've ever seen a collection so close to perfection...literally. woah.

Those pointed collars are the beez-neez.

I too was awaiting excitedly for Rick's collection.

I'm not too fond of the silhouettes with the really wide-draped boots, as they make me think of anime, especially with the gloves and coats, but aside from that gorgeous as always. Glad he's offered up a beautiful new alternative to the funnel-neck leather jacket that's become such an it-item in hollywood, but I just know they will all retail for 3k+ :(

if anything deserves a $3k price tag, I'd say it's Rick's outerwear... compared to say... Balmain who sell tank tops for $2k.

The boots  :buzz:

Wow; this is amazing!
The colors, the shapes, the geometric details... <3

just got back from the showroom: great! the brocade ash outerwear is crazy!

I love the geometric motif, particularly in black (not in shaved mink), it really is perfect and I continue to love comfy clothes with mini-skirts and/or leggings. :D

I don't like the A-line tops, much, though; they look passé to me.

i always imagine a brighter Rick Owens collection but i didnt expect it to come anytime sooner.

beyond those gorgeous dresses, boots and whatnot i really fancy the pale white headband. i think i really like it..
