Another option would be to just get the real thing...for less than most of the others (or more, but that wouldn't make sense because the difference in quality would only be felt when riding you might as well go for the cheaper one)

UPC riding boots from dover saddlery for $80
i wouldnt reccomend buying them online, but rather at a local tack shop

also, it would make your life A LOT easier to get:
boot hooks for about $3

and
a boot jack for about $25 but you can find them for much less

It seems to be a big trend now. Karl Lagerfeld is rocking them as well as the guy from White Rose Movement. My boyfriend got a pair and they look good with jeans tucked in. Rubber ones are about 30-50 euros and leather goes all the way up to 300 euros..

What do you guys think about this trend? I think it looks pretty cool.

I really love this trend. It's so classy and it's so feminine, but not in a 'gee i'm a sl*t' way. I really deteste sleezy fashion, and I'm so glad these boots are coming around. Especially the true equestrian boots. They're so gorgeous. They're so tasteful. They're soo incredibly simple yet they can add so much personality to an ensemble. Not only that, but the true riding boots are flat-bottomed which is so convenient and wearable. You can dress them down and dress them fairly formally. Goddamn, I need to get myself a pair of these.
