^I know this may sound stupid but why did they take it down? I mean Ruslana's Nina Ricci commercials played after she died.. is it really that bad ? I thought it would be a nice way to remember Daul.. I wonder if any of her editorials or campaigns will still run.. I wish they would.. its like kinda of a 'in memory' of Daul ..

yeah it would but maybe becuase its a store you wpuldnt want to have a ba reaction in public because of it...a lot of models and industry people go there so it could make them sad but idk the real reason

i think the best way to remember daul is to commemorate her work as an amazing model who was set for a long and illustrious career ahead of her

That's a gorgeous shoot. I think she'd actually posted an outtake of it on her blog saying it was funny that she was shot this way cause in real life she spent so much time in the bathtub.

and I am gonna post some more,too) But here is a story from one of the first times i have met her...i was with a friend(a girl) and we were taking pictures of us together with the models and whenever i was taking a pic of my friend with a model, the models usually were super friendly and was hugging my friend and when she had a pic of her and Daul taken, Daul seemed really distant as she did not wanna have any human contact...then i thought this girl seems different than all the others...** so let's celebrate her beauty with the last pictures we might have of her, here is the rest of my small contribution and the most beautiful shots i took of her:

I became a big fan of Daul in '07 when she was just starting to be noticed as a model... as a Korean-American, I felt a natural affinity to her. I admired her quirkiness and daring sense of style. And she was just really funny. A true individual and a rarity. I always wished I could have met her.

I was so shocked and saddened when I found out. I can't believe we were the same age.
RIP.

Thank you for sharing your photographs with us, Rado. They are beautiful. Daul was so beautiful. Let me rephrase, she IS beautiful, that's something which will never disappear. There was something so unique to her that went beyond exterior and shone outwards. I feel like crying looking at them but at the same time I feel joy.
