There is a rumour going around that if you present at the Globes, SAGS etc then the Oscar people don't want you. I think it's stupid.

So it comes down to you wanting Rob in a suit or a tux? I'll take the tux.

I think Rob being at the Oscars will depend on whether a release date for Bel Ami gets set. It's probably likelier that he'll be at the BAFTAs at this moment in time. I would have said that he might have gone to the Olivier awards as well as the director is one of the leading Theatre directors but that has moved to April.

I hope the US release date gets confirmed soon by Columbia and they start promoting it. It's already screened for critics in the UK and the UK promotion has started already.
