I love the suit he wore, he looks good in those black skinny tie suits. They have the video of him and Reese presenting up now. He looked so embarrassed but still very endearing

He looks really pretty at the press conference, I don't know if it's because his skin is clear and he really bright eyes but he looks lovely

He did look uncomfortable on stage, I think it was due to the fact that he had to joke around with Reese and deliver a joke. Some people are natural at that like Reese but Rob not so much I guess that's part of his charm, his akwardness.

yeah, the joke seemed fake, he looks the most natural when he has to deliver on spot (unplanned), this way it seemed too forced, but as you said it's his awkwardness that pulls him out tho he def needs to get used to this kind of stuff more - it's part of his job and it won't go away (plus, at some point the awkwardness could get tiring a bit).
