His hair looks pretty soft for having product in it judging from those two pics that Dora posted. I like the second pic, he has a sweet smile there. He also looks like has a bit of a tan too.
 
Gearing up for another day on set, Robert Pattinson was spotted readying for some takes for his latest film “Cosmopolis” on Tuesday (June 21).

The “Twilight” hunk headed to the wardrobe trailer before emerging out on the Toronto, Canada set in a crisp white shirt, black slacks and some cool shades.

In other news, Pattinson has had no issues landing a variety of roles, but was recently overlooked for the part of Jeff Buckley.

Instead, “Gossip Girl” star Penn Badgley has been cast to play the role of Buckley in the upcoming movie “Greetings from Tim Buckley.”

about Buckley´s role, I´d understand if Franco´s gotten the part but Penn Badgley?! :blink:

:lol: @ Koko. There's actually two Jeff Buckley movies going into production. The one that Robert was actually interested in is a different movie to Penn's and Jeff's mum is actually one of the producers for it too. Rob said that he did have a meeting at one point with Jeff's mum but I believe this was quite awhile back and he even said that he thought the role would most likely go to James Franco. Apparently they are looking for an unknown now. It's so annoying though that they keep saying he lost the part to Penn when in fact the movie he was interested in is different from Penn's :rolleyes:

I find it amusing that there are 2 Jeff Buckley movies in prod, the same way there are 2 Snow White movies being made. ;)
 
..and last year there were 2 Marilyn Monroe movies. :rofl:

anyhow, i'm also shocked at the Penn thing, but i didn't know that Franco (and Rob) was for another one, so thanks for the info Chloe. all the articles so far implied it was the same movie.

Your welcome about the info :) I didn't even know that they were two Jeff Buckley movies being made until they announced Penn was playing him in one of them. I believed they had to clarify that he was going to be in a different one because there was a lot of confusion out there. Anyways I don't think Rob's next project will be Jeff Buckley, in fact I would really like to hear news of his next project what ever it is.

i just love him!!! he's sooo cute confident & stylish it makes me blush just watching him. i'm glad he's becoming a leading man but he still needs help refining his craft cuz he's a little stiff & awkward with the characters he plays... hopefully when he gets away from the twilight franchise & starts doing more & serious meatier roles & starts working with real directors they will guide him into better performances

Interesting fan encounter by Jeanette, the owner of these pics :)

I was getting my camera ready. And just basically fooling around with it. When I was looking into my screen. I could see his eyes fluttering and his lips moving. Like he was preparing himself for the upcoming scene and saying his lines. Just the pure concentration that poured from that picture takes it all away. And to see this man, do his job. A job he does very well. He was just very focused and I know none of his fans have ever seen him like this. In his element. One he shines in. I was just truly taken aback from this picture. Yes, I tweeted this picture. But never said it was mine. I'm in the process of getting it copy righted to my name.

I think it's wonderful for Rob to be working with Cronenberg at this stage of his career. Also from the few candids that we have seen of them together their interaction with each other was cute so hopefully that should be a good sign. I'm very anxious to hear what his next project is. I hope he shocks us like he did with this one. I for sure didn't see it coming.
 
i'm thinking he's gonna go for a break after this, if i'm not mistaken it's his 5th job in a row (BA, WFE, BD 1&2 and this), plus Kristen's in Europe this summer filming. it will be interesting to see what his next project is..could be some animated movie (i remember he negotiated with Dreamworks's CEO last summer...).

OT, but uh, I hope when Cronenberg's 'A Dangerous Method' premieres, Rob attends and takes pictures with Fassbender. That would kill me. :brows::rofl:
