Robert Pattinson

in my country those Adidas are the men´s version of our flip-flops... so I´m used to them, the only thing I don´t like is the fit of those shorts.
yup,it's pretty much the same here too, tho more and more men are starting to wear actual flip-flops. i hate them, but i'm not surprised someone's wearing them outside the showers.

all in all, if he didn't have them on, that outfit would be quite passable in my eyes, i like seeing him in sport stuff since i always think he doesn't wear it and i'm always surprised to see him in shorts. :ninja:

i do wonder tho why he's still in LA? could be he's in for the biz stuff and his next project? seems weird since he'd always (in past) go straight to UK as soon as he finishes a project.

He's probably doing meetings for potential projects, seems plausible since Rob lays low very well when he's not working.

I also have to say, the EW cover and spread made choke on my juice in laughter ! It'll never NOT be funny about this "finale" of the books.

You guys do realise that what he is wearing is like the uniform of all the losers that have rioted in the UK this week. Seriously this is the stuff they wear.

I expect better than this from Rob. His friend is dressed alright.

^i think that's what happens when KStew is ur gf: doh: fashion sense like hers tends to run off on ppl

^or his on her... imo they bring out the worst fashion sense in each other.

no waaay! wow! that's a surprise, but since it's Variety's twitter it's probably true. oh wow, don't know what to think of this...

hmm... I hope it´s not true... well, I don´t know... hmm...
LOL I honestly don´t know what to think, it could either be great or a disaster that undones all his progression from WFE and -hopefully- Cosmopolis.

He will also start filming Outbound Captives

Robert Pattinson will start filming Unborn Captives in the spring. Until then, the British actor will presumably have a lot of spare time. The only thing on his schedule is promotions for Breaking Dawn (as far as the public is aware) in the fall. This frees up his schedule quite a bit, and you can expect that he will be visiting Kristen Stewart in London some time soon.

“There’s not a definite start date as elements of the movie are still being worked on but as things are going now we intend to start shooting in the late spring,” a source close to the project revealed.

apparently Cooper stepped out of the project and it's now Rob's. i don't like it to tell you the truth, they've been casting this movie for months now, they still have no screenplay and it's frigging remake of a movie that's not even 20 years old that is legendary. i guess this was his second choice after he lost Jeff Buckley role to another actor. i want to see him in a good comedy, not remake despite the fact his agents don't allow him to do one.

when did UC get finances takin care of? we'll see, at this point i don't trust any starting dates for this movie until they actually start filming it, plus i think Rob has around 2 weeks of shooting on that movie (small role).

Unbound Captives still doesn't have any financing and apparently the director wanted around $100 Million:shock:. Which I don't think she will get for a western. Also Hugh and Rachel's schedual also have to be consider. Also about the tweet from the Variety Editor, he tweeted the same thing a few weeks back because apparently Rob was rumoured to be in the film but Variety shot that rumour down. He just thinks he will be a good fit for the film than Bradley and I agree. Rob was also spotted at a Sony lot too as well.

Here's a tweet from one of the Variety Editors about the situation of Unbound Captives :flower:

Update on #TheUnboundCaptives via @Variety_JLD : "Stowe is committed to shooting 'Revenge' through 2011. The EARLIEST production on UNBOUND CAPTIVES would be 2012, but that's only if all elements came together. The primary hurdle is financing. As of now, the cast of Jackman/Weisz/Pattinson still in all hinging on Stowe, at this point, I'd call it a very tentative project. Stars need to align. And that's a pretty common situation for any indie pic...development hell." - thanks again @Variety_JLD

I don't like it either but it's more to do with the whole ''Brandon Lee dying on set'' thing. Stay away from The Crow. I don't know why you would want to remake it when it wasn't that sucessful the first time round. Sounds like a very bad move.
