All I know is that it was taken before Harry Potter 4 came out because on mugglenet.com, they had a list of the cast when the movie was in pre production and they listed Robert Pattinson as Cedric Diggory (obviously) and they used that picture as his head shot.
I remember in the comments, people thought he looked like Ashton Kutcher eheh
