i think he still hasn't chopped his hair, it looks the same, shaved from the sides and you can see longer hair in the back of his head.

you´re right! I kept thinking he reminded me of someone
I gotta say, after seeing a HQ I kinda like it, it´s freaky but gives him an edge, it makes him more interesting somehow... though I wouldn´t mind if he decides to razor the other half
I also like his outfit, specially the shirt.
