That is absolute brilliance  I wouldn't have minded Freja, but my, my, it's certainly about time Gemma and Daria got something together by themselves ;)

Right. French Vogue's Emanuelle Alt styles the Chanel campaigns and as far as I know, Emanuelle doesn't have any 16-year-old American sons.

Awww....come on guys....let us not cast the first stone :p

Okay...where the hell did I come up with that?

I guess time will tell who really has Chanel... but I kinda like the idea of Daria and Gemma, personally. I'm not ready for the Daria era to be over just yet and although I would never really have thought of Gemma as a Chanel girl, it's a nice compromise.

Sorry, but I can't remember when the last time was when Chanel had a multi girl campaign. I don't know who to believe now. I mean Lee was right about the Versace campaign, as it was confirmed a few days later by WWD. And I agree with metal-on-metal, Emanuelle Alt has been styling Chanel campaigns for ages. But if Eccentricity's mother was styling the shoot, I'm sure he can give us more information about the shoot, like the clothes they were wearing.

I believe s/s 03 was with Frankie Rayder and Maria Carla Boscono. I'm curious who gets Chanel, a Gemma and Daria pairing looks interesting. It hasn't been done that many times

i wish du juan got chanel----- i think she would make an amazing chanel girl( but i think she could do everything great except lingerie/bikini gigs)

Can I ask, is we will have the thread for every campaign????? So if we have 500 capms for the season we will have 500 new threads every six monts??????

^ Yes, the S/S 07 campaigns will have their own threads.

But when the season's over I guess they'll be sorted into the archive threads (ie Miu Miu S/S 07 will then be moved to the 'Miu Miu - the campaign archive' thread).

See the posting guidelines here. :flower:

^i asked a question twice and no one answered me. when new threads start to be made for each campaign, will someone announce it in this thread so we will know to look at it?

^They'll all be in this subforum, though -- shouldn't be too hard to just check? No one made announcements about the Resort threads...

But I guess for convenience purposes, the initial scanner of the first ad might decide to post some notification here?

When the images for the new campaigns come in new threads should be started, and the person starting the thread can also post a reference to that thread here. I don't think you have to - but it would be nice. The campaign threads should follow a certain format so as to make it easy to use the search function in the ad forum to find the campaign you're looking for.

Of course, if it's a smaller campaign and not much to discuss the image can be posted in here and if the discussion gets longer than anticipated, the mods will create separate threads for those campaigns. :flower:
