S/S 2010 Ad Campaigns (please read post #1 before posting)

Obviously Art + Commerce would get it right. I'm just surprised because I heard something else a while ago. Boo.

^Who are 'They'? Are you referring to a Dutch newspaper interview? That was only speculation, nothing more.

Yeah probably, when I say "they" I was referring to all the blogs, and people on tfs speculating that she had it. Plus someone apparantly asked her if she shot the Prada campaign and she didn't say anything but she did smile... working on the assumption that if she hadn't got it she would have flat out denied it people assumed she got it...I guess the smile meant nothing...

And that was at a time when the Prada campaign had not even been casted yet ...

S H O C K E D!!!!! She does really have a common look..... not expecting a long-lasting career from her at all. Well, i'm open for suprises ;) Congrats, though!

That was from the Dutch newspaper article, if I'm not mistaken. I guess that smile indeed didn't mean anything. Too bad she will not do Prada. I hope and am sure that she will get a campaign though. Fingers crossed.

Just goes to show how much one can read into a simple smile. :p Maybe the writer didn't intend it to be read that way, who knows.

The Prada casting is getting less and less exciting each season, somehow that is interesting. I can see why Dree is getting those great campaigns, she's the perfect example of a "celeb" (well, famous last name) who can actually pass as a model.

Wow, I'm kinda surprised of Prada campaign being OG, I was hoping to see some gorgeous group shots including Lindsay (and I'm especially disappointed she's not going to be in the campaign!) or Patricia. But well, I'm not going to complain, especially with this wonderful styling from the show.

after looking up who Rasa is I'm completely underwhelmed with this decision.she looks like a Jil Sander girl.

I'm not a fan of Rasa but oh well, we'll see if she suits the brand :D I prefer Patricia or Lisanne though

Rasa is a great model, dont get me wrong, but she is no Daria Werbowy or a Sasha Pivovarova. She is beautiful but not very distinctive, which is what we have come to associate with Prada, no?

Personally, Im more interesting in Miu Miu's casting. Celebrity or model? Hmm...

Who's Rasa Zukauskaite?!? What show did she debut at? Haven't heard of her honestly. Anyway, I was expecting Miuccia would use well-known models for the S/S 10 campaign. Instead, she went for a new face. Sigh... I suddenly miss seeing the faces of Elise, Gemma, Sasha & Karen in the campaign.
