I think it's real.. I just think it's obviously a very dodgy quaility snap. It would make sense, it should be a studio shot, and it's definately a SS coat and bag she has. Is the guy's shirt from the SS10 menswear collection though?

What exactly are Anna and Garrett modeling? I mean, Blanco sells clothes and they are both "naked" ..
