I am an absolutely huge Buffy fan... I bring you Season Four caps. I know many people hated the styling for Season 4, but I think that were she stuck to the more girly ensembles, she looked better. The skirt lengths picked out for her were too long for her.

Ooh thankyou! Karma. I agree that the skirt lengths and general tone of the outfits were all wrong for her in season four. They started dressing her like Willow and Tara or something. In the later seasons particularly 6 and 7, it was very understated but it worked for the maturing character.
