you can say the post # and say e.g. "the third pic from left".

Ben (22) The US inspired jacket was bought at Fretex, and the black shirt is from Levi's. So are the jeans, they're a pair of old Levi's Twisted. The belt is from Diesel, and my shoes are 5 years old Adidas Classics, still going strong. And yeah, by the way, my mum says hi.

Thomas (23) The jacket's from Vailent, and the scarf I got at H&M. My sweater is Gray, and the jeans are Lee Norma. The shoes are from Lille Vinkel, and the shades are Ray Ban replicas bought in Tvedestrand for a nice 100 kr. My style is much inspired by David Bowie in the late 70s. I like the somewhat weary, dandy look, with tight jeans and nice looking shoes.

I don't understand why moderators don't allow members to post their outfits. It doesn't make any sense to me. If miss60 is from Finland, then she represents Finnish style just as much as any of the people on hel-looks.
This thread can only gain if members post their outfits, because they can also tell what they are wearing - something people are curious about.

I agree, it's such a random rule that does more bad than good. I think that allowing people to post their own pictures could really liven up this thread and encourage more actual discussion about style. I fear that the ban on posting your own pics is, in my opinion, a case of 'overmoderating' that hinders discussion instead of facilitating it

Well the key point to remember is that we have a thread for members to post their own outfits as it is called 'what are you wearing today'. If we have members coming in here to post their own photos of streestyle, for one it's not really on topic anymore as it can happen (and very easily at that) that some members will continually post photos of themselves which leads the threads to become solely about that one member. It sort of leads off of the topic because instead of discussing the streetstyle of a city as a whole, it becomes an ego trip for one member.

We do have this thread for a reason don't we?
