I think it's a picture of those things where you store your money before you take it to a bank I don't know the word in english, but I think I had one as a child (atleast I remember seeing one lying around in the house), it is or it was a symbol for a bank, don't remember which one but probably a Nordic one bc I'm from Finland and that photo from is from Sweden!

^^ I've said it before and I'll say it again, but personally I'm pretty tired of seeing every girl wear these baggy, saggy dresses in boring shades of black,grey,green,brown etc that make everyone look +10kg bigger.
