well not the usual guys. but yeah, most of the 'in' crowd in their 20's dress pretty well.

Nah, I'm from Finland and yes, you might see a few guys who dress this way (gothic and japanese influences seem to be the favourite look among many younger people) but of course most people don't dress this way at all. Don't think Helsinki will ever compete with, say, Camden (London) when it comes to the popularity of these looks.

Yeah, I've seen him in town. He always semms very smug. And the whole fad with 'tight jeans' on guys is really getting on my nerves.
