There's indeed something very baroque in those prints which is quite reminescent of certain aspects of the Roman architecture. Definitely my favourite look for the promo tour so far.

I am still hoping it's a temporary tattoo and not a "real" one - if it is a tattoo indeed and not just that sort of stickers Chanel had some time ago on the catwalk I would have to ask myself: wtf? it looks like something a 12-year-old would like to do when being bored to decorate the arm with a black marker ... not a good choice if it's not temporary, especially as I do not think that it's a good place to get a tattoo - any jewellery, any outfit gets somehow "conditioned", influenced by this tattoo - imagine going for a gorgeous retro look and then that stamp - reminds me of that tattoo Pamela Anderson sports on her upper arm...

I think Scarlett is still feeling like figuering out her life on a sidenote - whenever I feel like I would like to change my life or go through a break-up, big change I get the urge to get a piercing or a tattoo...and still I only have 1 tattoo and no piercing, but the desire lives ...she obviously goes for it...like I heard people saying: those things make addictive - so I still hope the tattoo is not "real" (end of my blablabla...)

I can't say I love the tattoo but in the end of the day it's her skin. I'm sure it has a meaning for her and she likes it and that's all that matters.

She has never seemed to be eager the fit the hollywood stereotype of an actress and I think that's refreshing.

Edit: Found this from dailymail.com: " She has previously said her tattoos make her 'happy' but she prefers that the meanings behind them 'remain private'."
