New York based artist Scott Campbell was recruited by Marc Jacobs (whom he tattoos) for the Louis Vuitton SS11 menswear presentation in Paris. Not only did Campbell hit runway models with LV logo neck tatts, he also customized a number of leather bags.

i think only mafia in Taiwan would buy them. tattoo and bag patterns are way too hideous.
i don't know those who are not Chinese think, but for me it's something should be banned.

I think the concept is quite cool, but sort of looks not original. I'm not really a fan, that's all.

:woot: i actually like the bags, the designs show a more sinister, darker side
as opposed to the usual luxe glamour that LV does with their leatherwork.
it looks very sleek and exquisite for me

^Totally agree and I would certainly buy one. It's nice to see change and I feel it's a change from everything else.
Considering this is Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs, I really do like them. I'd have either of the holdalls.

they're gorgeous...and i don't see them as tacky like most tattoo prints. they're so detailed...

i love this. what a great way to pump up a conservative look or tamp down an edgy one. it straddles the line seamlessly.
