Prada shoes size information

I live in the Bilbao (Basque Country). I just have shoes of spanish designers, and my shoe size is 37 or 37.5.
I'd like to purchase on the net a pair of Prada shoes, but anytime I read something about sizes I get more and more confused. Sometimes people say that they run true to size, and sometimes that they run smaller. Here I've read that the run larger...now I don't know what size to buy.
My feet are narrow and long. It would be a 37.5 in Manolo Blahnik shoes.
Thank you

Prada shoes run a half size bigger.
In general though, unless you know how a particular brand and even style falls on your foot, you shouldn't buy shoes on the net unless they're totally returnable.

Good luck!!

I always thought that EU 38 translated to US 8, 37.5 is US 7.5, and so on... But with the online shoe size convertion charts it ususally subtracts about 32, so a EU 38 is a US 6. Does anyone which is right?

Hello fellow forum members. I'm a long time lurker first time poster. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is only the best and I am a shoeaholic. Big time. My question is about Dolce and Gabbana shoes. I've never really liked them, but all of a sudden, I don't know if its the anticipation of spring, but I am becoming somewhat fond of dolce and gabbana shoes. So, the question that I have is does anyone here know if their shoes run big, small or true to size. I do live in NYC and can easily go into the store to try on a pair, but I saw a pair online that I would like to purchase, hence the question. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how Alexander Mcqueen shoes run? I seem to vary so much in size depending on the designer.
39/39.5 - Louboutin
39.5 - Jimmy Choo (although in boots 39)
38.5 - Manolo
38.5 - Prada
38.5 - Marc Jacobs

Do MCQUEEN shoes run small like Louboutins and JChoo?
If it helps, I am thinking of purchasing these, but am not sure what size and since it is online....cannot try them on.
Thanks!

How about Dries Van Noten sandals? Do his shoes run consistently large like some other Belgium designer we know (and love)? ;-)

I've been lusting over these for a few months now. Do they tend to run small? (or Kors boots in general)?

Just to give an example of a very popular common brand, I take a size 9 in Steve Madden boots.

I just ordered a pair of Crosbys online but a size 9 was the only one they had left. I'm wondering if they tend to run small, if I should go back and cancel the order and get 9.5 or even 10  elsewehere. Fortunately, I can cancel the order until the end of the day.

If anyone has these boots or any similar Kors boots (such as Beaverton),
how does the sizing run? Thanks so much!

i think i have the beaverton (not sure of the style name) from last year and they are pretty much true to my size (7 1/2)...good luck!

p.s. if you're in the usa, did you try zappos.com? i'm pretty sure they carry kors and have easy and free returns

Dries shoes run true to size. I have one pair of shoes and two pairs of boots, all in my usual 36.5:flower: .

as far as Ann Dem boots go this has been my experience. The boots "motorcycle boots" with the round toe run large, I fit into a 36.5 with room. However, I bought the lace up boots with the 1.5" heel I think you are talking about and they have a more pointed triangular toe. These I bought in a 37 (my true size) and needed to strecth them a bit for toes to be comfortable by wearing with thinker socks for a while. So I would have preferred these in a 37.5 to start. Hope that helps.

#26- Alexander McQueen. I have quite a few pairs of McQueen's shoes/boots, and find that, like all my YSL Rive Gauche, that they run true to size.

Hope that helps!

I have a few pairs of vivenne westwood heels and boots, the sizing tend to vary. The gold lable ones (the ones which never go on sale, like pirate boots) and the classic ones run true to size, but the seasonal ones tend to be one size up.
I found Miu Miu shoes run true to size
Hope it helps:p

I am a US size 11 typically. My feet are normal width...not wide or narrow.

Nine West fits me the best...their size 11s are not snug and leave me some room to breathe

Chanel runs small - I wear a 42 in Chanel

Gucci - true to size - I wear 11 in Gucci

Dior - runs about a half size small

Prada - true to size - a size 41 is a lil small but sometimes i can get away with it if open toe or open back...I should really wear a 41.5 or a 42 in Prada

I am curious as to how Manolo runs as I have never tried them on

does anyone know about lanvin ballet flats- do they run big or small?
thanks!
