thanks so much, I really appreciate your opinions ...the first it is, after all, they stole my heart the minute I saw them and was hoping and praying to be able to get them on sale, they only had one pair left in my size so I checked saks everyday...B) done deal.

john, they do look like wrestling boots now that you mentioned it...maybe i'm making a statement "dont tread on me".

...Yay! Glad you noted them for Spring, LAMALONE. I can already imagine a flowing knee-length skirt or a lovely sundress. I best think of a few essential Spring shoes- pumps (open-toe, peep-toe, slingback, wedge, etc.), strappy sandals, open-sided shoes, and that sort of thing. Those Manolos are truly praiseworthy. Purely lovely shoes. Worth compliments. Heck, I'll even compliment anyone sporting these cute sandals.



Yay to those sandals and yay to Manolo Blahnik.

I need a pair of practical warm boots for winter but I despise pouffy boots and things like that so I was considering geting a pair of Docs

Sophia - yay to the first pair of Docs. I owe a few pairs and they are really comfortable, though I cannot comment on how weather-proof they are since I live in CA.

princessimp, if you got them at saks they just marked them down even more so I called and got the adjustment made. I wore them around the house this morning with my bathrobe I love them so much. I feel very mad max in them.
