Shoes: yay or nay? #1

There are few wedge pumps I dislike. Well, in the case of the wedges in Post #9,279...

...Nay. Too many laces, too many openings, just a very poor wedge pump to me. Even the pump design looks very poor. They're a fail to me. Nay. The "nay" comments I usually make are "yay" by most others, while my "yay's" are everyone else's "nay's." But here, we can agree. Nay to those wedges.

What do you think about these?

John, spare me your nay. We all know that you dislike any open-toe boots.

^ Yay it seems like no one ever agrees with me on this thread but I like different shoes I really like the treatment of the leather were it is twisted do you no if these are cutouts or if the boot is lined ?

I like them, but I want that open toe to be cut back more. At least double the width they are now. Not 100% on the heel either, although I can't really see them...
I would say maybe look around for a similar, improved version of this boot, but say nay to these.

Yes or No on these? I think they come to about knee length. Oh and the grey is darker in person if that helps your decision. I couldn't find a better picture. And if it's a yay which color?
