Thoughts?

Four sandals, four opinions. Let's do this!

First, the gladiator sandals in Post #9,422 posted by WowImCool. Most of you who know me know that I absolutely hate gladiator sandals. So this is an automatic Nay! as I've still to be impressed with these ghastly wastes of good leather and money. Not even the lovely wedge heel can save these horrid sandals. You got better things to do with your money than get those sandals. Resist the urge to get those gladiators and find something better.

The second, third, and fourth sandals are all posted by Citypigeon in Post #9,425.

The first pair of sandals in that post is a... I guess I'll Yay! those. They aren't lovely enough for me to say I like them highly, but they're... alright. Just don't like them too much for its design. I can tell by what's on the heel of the second sandal is that this is from the Kenneth Cole Reaction collection. I'll Yay! these sandals because I really like these despite the simplistic look. Some will say simplistic, I say pretty nice. There's beauty in simplicity often times. Try to stay with me on this last one. Finally, the Michael Kors sandals (the third picture)... the design of those sandals isn't really to my liking. However, these are a Yay! because they aren't an absolute waste. I'm a sweettooth, so I can see the touches of chocolate brown and peanut butter with the colors. I probably wouldn't wear those, but I think they're some very nice sandals to wear.

So in review... absolute Nay, somewhat Yay, total Yay, and okay Yay. Of course, don't let my opinions tell you otherwise. Remember, only you can influence what kinds of shoes look best for you and what fits your best. I'm just offering my own opinions the way I see fit.

Yay for the Nine West sandals (have them in tan)
Nay to everything else on this page, sorry.

Retro, I say Yay! to those mary jane pumps. It's rare I Nay a pair of mary janes. I'm not changing habits with these lovely pumps. These pumps are as lovely as the Golden Gate Bridge. The buckle designs and details add plenty of shine and polish to these pumps. Don't hesitate- you have my word to go get these pumps. They're lovely.

^^^ I've seen a lot worse. I think they'd be fine with jeans, but not with a dress or skirt.

I think I critiqued these... no wait, I don't think I have. Well, let me comment on the boots in Post #9,435. Trying too hard, too ugly, no sense of style, Nay! It's a fail. Stay away from those boots and look for a lovelier pair of boots either lace-up or zip-up boots.

I would never nay a pair either, you can get better than those, but they are pretty damn nice.

WOWImcool - Yay to the style, but nay to the color.
Citypigeon - Nay to all!
Retro - Yay. Cute shoe.
Lamia - Nay!
