also, NAY to rossi's, i don't think they're worth the price.. maybe buy them on sale?
and an absolute YAY to manolos!

Magnificently ugly. Nay! these open-toe ankle boots. The shape is nice, but open-toe booties just need to go. If you want sandals or open-toe shoes, get those. If you want a nice pair of ankle boots, find CLOSED toe ankle boots. If you can't decide between sandals and boots or pumps, don't let open-toe boots make the decision for you. It's a bad marriage of two different kinds of shoes and in desperate need of a divorce.

Taylor, I love the clunky shape of those and think you could do a lot with them. But I think they would look bad with a lot of things too.

So a tentative Yay, under the assumption that they fit in with the rest of your outfits.

What do you think about these Chanel ankle boots?

Yeah, I know, I'd like them even more without the CC logo. If I wore pants over them it wouldn't be visible but I always like to wear ankle boots with tights, dresses and skirts so there would be no possibility of hiding it. I still like the style in general.

Thanks to everyone's feedback on my previous shoes ^_^

This is kind of a nasty picture, can't really see what it is. The nappa straps are patent, and the wedges are wood. They're $69 and from CK

Well, I don't really have any nice casual spring shoes that I'm proud of, so I want to start over by getting a nice basic. Something that is stylish and has HEIGHT, but versatile and comfortable enough for me to wear everday if I wanted to (though of course I would never do that in reality :P) And within my budget and suitable to my status quo (I'm a highschool student  who has to run for her life and catch the subway and not be late to class!)

But I don't know. $69. yay or nay?
