We had good communication before the auction ended. I sent her lots of extra photos. I have in the auction that sale is final. She's offered to send it back and pay for shipping, ebay/paypal fees.
I don't want the bag back as it will be a hassel. But I don't want a negative either. If I take it back is it fair to keep $30 for the shipping and other fees? Or just refuse to take the bag back since it was a final sale.
If she already paid for the bag I find it a bit unlikely that she bid on the "wrong" bag. She probably just changed her mind, and if I was you I'd ask her to refer to the auction terms (final sale) and tell her that she can list the bag on ebay herself if she doesn't want it anymore.
