Well that was rather interesting but overall it was a pretty average ep.

It did suck that they weren't all in it. It should have been about all of them not just about Cook. I love JJ. He's so cute.

Can't wait for Series 4. I wonder what will happen with the whole Effy vs Katie thing.

Good news though. The new season of The Inbetweeners starts in it's place next week. That show is wicked funny.

I liked that finale! makes up for some of the more okay episodes in the series...although the last line was pretty predictable I think.

It wasn't the best imo.
I prefer Emily, Naomi, JJ and Panda more then Cook, Freddie, Effy and Katie.

So ok, I just started watching SKINS

I know I'm waaaaaaaaaay behind but it hasn't been aired on any tv channel here in Luxembourg.

I watched the 5 first episodes and I really liked it.....Sid and Anwar were hilarious and Chris with the Viagra pills

will the caracters remain the same in the next seasons?

^ The original cast is there for the first two seasons. After that, they focus on Effy (Tony's younger sister) and all new characters. To be honest, I haven't been able to get into S3. I just watched the first episode. I LOVED the first two seasons though. I wish the original cast would come back .

okay, was i going insane or was Tony briefly shown in the episode when Effy is dancing by herself in that weird club just becofre Cook gets into a fight.

The best finale so far was Season 1. I hope season 4 will be much better.

I thought it was the worst episode this series. I didn't think anything would've beaten Cook's episode, which wasn't so good, either.

I loved Pandora and Naomi's episodes, however. JJ, Effy and Emily/Katie's episodes were good, too. Freddie's would've been great if the character was actually interesting.

Yeah each episode usually focuses on one character......but depending on storylines all the other characters feature to varying degrees.

Just watched the last episode of the series and although it wasn't stand-out it was OK. Most conflicts were resolved........for how long who knows?????

Kaya Scodelario doesn't get enough credit for playing a sometimes quite unlikable but ultimately difficult character.......she brings just the right sense of nonchalence and stand offish attitude to Effy.
After being a totally one dimensional character for half of the series, JJ emerged as one of the most well rounded bythe finish.

On the whole I think this series cannot be compared to last 2, and taken on it's own merits with an outstanding cast, it has been on the whole really enjoyable.B)

He reminds me of Nate on Gossip Girl. They're both pretty but useless.
Extremely wishy washy as well. I almost feel he doesn't deserve Effy because we never really saw him bothering to fight for her. All he did was jump into a lake to tell her he loved her (which he didn't, actually. And then he swam away! Just... WHAT?!). And then when the Katie and Effy business went down, he just took Katie's side and refused to believe Effy when she said Katie choked her. If I were Effy, I'm not sure I would want such a useless fellow. I guess in the last ep, he raced against Cook during the steeplechase to 'win her hand' but of course he gives up the minute someone throws him an elbow.

I think I was expecting more from the final episode. The season started off weak but got progressively better and better, so I assumed it would finish with a bang! What a disappointment. Effy, JJ, Naomi and the twins' episodes were probably my favourites. Thomas and Pandora's were also rather good and Freddie's had some hilarious moments, mostly thanks to his sister. I kind of died during Ass2Ass.

The acting in the last ep was great, though - especially Cook's, and I don't even like his character. I felt he was lacking in dimensions for most of the series but at the end, he managed to break down those walls. The scenes between him and his father near the end were fantastic. I think the fact that Emily, Naomi, Katie, Pandora and Thomas were missing contributed to the final ep lacking some punch. It's just odd to end the season with only half the cast. But I suppose that's why they tied up all the loose ends between Emily/Naomi and Pandora/Thomas in the previous episode.

Especially when he started crying and stuff..
the best I seen him act all season.
