didn't notice that about Christopher Kane's :woot:
:crush: great to use something naturally stiff, crackled and shiny and put it on something more fluid and soft..smooth..
the others can feel a tad extreme

^^ i know some of the other pieces in the collection i didnt post .. from the pictures you cant really tell its snake skin but if you see it in person there is a thing piping of it around the edges of rara skirts and soft floaty dresses .. really beautifull and a totally different take .. i didnt post the pictures because to look at them you would enver guess what it was

love the snakeskin patchwork pieces and combined colors on the shoes- <3

I love this trend too and especially love how it is being used differently this season. It gives a whole fresh take on snakeskin

Loved it on the chiffon prints at Christopher Kane...very Stevie Nicks. I would love one of those shirts!

Quick Fad

Snakeskin is something that re-emerges every 8-10 years - AND since I clearly remember the fad in 1999 I'm not feeling it this time:(

Trust me, this will soon pass...

This is like the late 90s again...I remember snake skin everything!

I think Hermes used Croc skin not snake skin...and I think a few other things are croc skin...

The shoes and bags, while gorgeous, were predictable.
I think Christopher Kane definitely did it best, I would wear any of his chiffon snakeskin pieces in a heartbeat!

I really like this trend, i think in little doses it can look really stylish. This girl in my history class had these python print flats that i used to admire all the time haha

I like snakeskin in a dark colours.. like black, navy etc
