St Tropez

I live near it, and occasionally work on one of those yachts. Everything in the article is spot on, if you are one of those money grabbing fluffy girls or silver haired mil/billionaires. If you go to St.Tropez and avoid those places it's full of great views, great beaches, fantastic hotels and restaurants. Shopping is ok, but Cannes (1/2 hr down the motorway) beats it hands down.

Never there yet. Msny of my friends still go for business( shopping, trend spotting ect)
And they do not hit the types of places like they author mentioned. Usually they just shop and eat. Not even dance or party, like I plan to do whenever I go there. But sense i am poor, I am sure I will not get into all that stuff, damnit!
