Style My Hair

I want to do something to my hair...not sure though. Don't want to take much off the length.
I'm ok with the colour....it's pretty close to my natural colour anyway.
I'm going to the hairdressers next week and need some help :)

Straight..ish.

Wavy-er.

Thanks :)

^I think you would look great with full, straight bangs, long enough to graze your eyes a bit.

Hairstyle inspiration

Anyway, I found my old hairstylist after 4 years and I have an appointment with him next wednesday. I can't wait! He is THE best haircutter I've ever been to.

I have straight, somewhat fine, just past my shoulders layered hair. I want something feminine and edgy, kind of rock n roll but easy to manage. I don't use a lot of product (creme pomade) and don't blowdry. I also have sideswept bangs that are a little past my eyebrows. I want the basic shape of this, just touched up.

Most of the hair style sites I see are so unrealistic. Are there any sites that you can recommend? I'd like to take a few pictures and I just can't find any that pop out at me.

okay, it's final!
I'm sick of my hair-do and hairstylists chopping my hair of and doing ugly hair-do's that don't suit me. I'm biracial and my hair is also. It has a natural wave and is very thick. It doesn't just hang easily how I want it. If the hair-do is to ''european'' (just to give it a name) it menas I'll have to blowdry, style and style again for hours.
I want something that will look good on me and not boring or strange.
Something that doesn't keep me blowdrying all the time, because my hair just can't take that.
Anyone help me please?:(
I think it's better to keep the color..to keep it healthy
because my hair is quite damaged
(I always brush it while its wet, so its totally broken)
and maybe I should keep the length to, but Im just not sure
maybe something totally different would look good or even better!

Advice would be much appreciated:flower: even if it is ''stay it as it is now'' because I really need honest advice..should I get something totally different, cut it all off? or let it grow?

I'll add 2 recent pictures (from today, couldn't be more recent)

I am a natural blonde but have high-lights and what a hair colour change? And these are pretty unique, obviously I will take these pictures to the hairdressers but just wondering what others would call these colours (I know they differentiate slightly)? I was thinking they are maybe a ...'caramel blonde' or 'toffee blonde'?

Thanks!

Also which one would you think would suit me better?:

im sorry
please help me as soon as possible, i need to know what to do

^^ Hehe, that's my hairstyle  Is the fringe annoying you, is that what you mean? Because if it's any consolation, it looks really good on you. Maybe if you just cut the fringe a little shorter so it doesn't get in the way of your eyes?
If you mean the colour purple is annoying you, I'd just die it back to your original colour. I think a rich brown would look nice :flower:

thanks very much, i got it done and got a really choppy look around my face to make my face stand out more
and i died it a chocolate//coffee brown colour
i like the fringe but it just got on my nerves so much in a morning because my hair is super long. and straightening it is so hard as well as my fringe going in my eyes, growing really fast, not staying where it should be, having to straighten it for hours and it wouldnt train at all
thats a whole bih list hehe

^ Oh, hahaha. Yeah sometimes mine gets in the way of my eyes but it doesn't really bother me. And I just have to blow dry it for about 2 minutes and it somewhow just falls into place  My hair's straight-wavy... maybe that's why.

mines pretty straught but it has started to go super curly. i got it done now anyways and i really like it like this hehe
ill post pics when i can, my camera is broken at the moment though.
thanks for all the advice everyone. it helped!

ooo I would like to know as well....that looks gorgeous!!!
someone please help!!!

Is there anyone with medium to dark brown hair that colours their hair ash brown or dark blonde???

Basically what I would like to know is:

1.) Does it look good? (Do you like it?) :p
2.) How difficult was it to achieve the colour, did it turn brassy etc. etc.
3.) How often do you recolor?
and lastly,
4.)Did you go to a professional?

Any replies would be very much appreciated!!

Innocent Fairy, I'd call that color Strawberry Blonde. That's what they call it here in America.

I am so bored of it. I love having a fringe but I am bored of the rest of it. Should I go long again. Or something different altogether?

Would this type of fringe suit a round head-ed person? Would you consider this hear to have a round head?

Does anyone have ideas for hair for a ball? It's not an extrememly formal ball but stil needs to be nice.
My hair is it's natural brown, I have a grown out fringe thats about chin length, bit longer by my ears, the rest of my hair goes about midway down my back, it's quite long. It's between straight and wavey, although can be quite wavey or quite stright some days.
The dress is a halterneck, the strap is a tie. It's got a low back.
I usually wear my hair up. Straight doesn't suit me, makes me look too angular. I've done pin-curls, took ages but looked brilliant. Had a look through some threads here, some of the plaits through loose hair could be nice with texture to beachy waves, but I'm not sure about the texture and waves, don't want to end up with a frizz bomb. An updo is also a possibility but I don't want solid hair.
Implements wise I have a hair dryer, aging straighteners and not much money.

I like the colour Fairy.
