Eliminations...

Every single one of you knows that this challenge was terribly difficult in two ways.
1) for the competitors, to find appropriate corresponding works and pics
&
2) for the judges, to eliminate one of the wonderful girls that submitted.


so as far as winners are concerned---this week, there is no individual winner!
Hopefully you all understand that it would have been impossible to pick just one, or even two of the best--as they were all magnificent.

Sooo. Natasha Poly, you are through.
Freja Beha, you've made it.

this leaves our bottom two to be
Lily Donaldson--the piece of art you chose was all about texture. In a better modern interpretation, the judges would have liked to see more flowy, textury layers..lily's picture seemed to be a bit lacking.

Jeisa Chiminazzo--Your two pictures were extremely similar, especially in the colors. But while the colors were almost identical, the moods were completely different. The painting conveyed (to us) sort of an innocence and somberness. Your picture was more mischievous..and while its an absolutely stunning pic, we felt there was something lacking.

Never judge a book by it's cover...just judge a model by hers ​

Welcome to the fabulous final 5. Wow! I cannot believe that this game is almost done. ​

Fashion week is just around the corner. In a few months, your fave models will be packing their bags and travelling to New York, Milan, London and Paris to walk to runway for some of the hottest designers in the world.​

The amount of shows that a model will do depends on the hype that surrounds her..that on top of beauty and a great personality of course . Everyone want to use the girl of the moment. She could be a model who has been around for ages, but if the industry decides that right now is her time to be big, then she will be big.​

Part of a model gaining momentum for herself is from advertising her look. Through campaigns. editorials and of course: magazine covers. A girl making it onto the cover of any international high fashion magazine is sure to be gracing many catwalks this spring/ summer. It is one of the easiest ways for her to stand out. It's not inside of a magazine, it's the front and everybody will see it.​

Your challenge will consist of one picture. We want you to find us a photo of your model that will go on the cover of the next issue of Italian SC . Only the best models make the cover of this magazine. Show us that your girl has what it takes.​

There is only one rule for this challenge. You may not use any magazine cover that your model has already done. Only editorial and ads will be accepted. You may add a special touch to it with Photoshop, but it is not necesary. ​

Toy have three days to complete this challenge. All entries must be in by Thursday, June 15, 2006 at 8PM EST.​
