Thank you Tinna! I think the title might actually be different...when I search the image in Yandex, I come up with this as the first link. Google translate says it translates to: Witnesses Episode 07 - Inside the Wolf - BluTube Video Hosting. This correlates with a tv show that is definitely not the news type series that this screen shot we have of Tanya looks like it's from.

It's not. The name is indeed "The real world" and it's a news type series. It seems the channel deleted most of the episodes - including the one with Tanya.
