Her crocheted pieces are so lovely!! And she's really pretty too =D

Saw Tao pieces in person at Comme des Garcons store in Chelsea.
They were in these very plain lidless wooden boxes (basically shaped like drawers) that were stacked on top of each other but sort of spread out so you could see that there were things inside but you had to move them to get the pieces out
Beautiful to hold and see, really, but I could hardly ever justify paying 1000 dollars for a crocheted corset-looking piece... it would be pretty impractical

it seems that the corsets and 'hot pants' are always shown worn over another layer...

there is a page about the line in italian vogue this month(sept) and it's shown over a l/s top and some sort of leggings i think...

so maybe if we think of it as a VEST then it becomes more wearable???...
...

nuiko has the knit bustier that spacemiu originally posted a couple of posts back... she wears it on its own as a top... it looks gorgeous, but the wool is so itchy that i had to add in a silk lining for her

^ Lovely! I think that's such a beautiful knit bustier. I can imagine it to be itchy, what type of wool is it made up?? It has to be pretty good shouldn't it, for that price?
