Yeah they hurt, but if you can take blood tests on an empty stomach you can handle a tattoo hahaha.

Getting tattoo on my inside arm (elbow area) and I know it's going to hurt more than any tattoo so I am going to load up on the sugar and pills. I will also take 2L of soda HAHAHA

Do they keep going if you pass out during the tat?

That's surprising! I thought they wouldn't do tattoos if you've been drinking - what with the blood thinning properties...

Wow I'm starting to sound ignorant from so many questions...but...I can't find a answer to this....

Question- if youre underage like 17....if your parent sign for you and gives full consent and support...can they ink you?does that depend from shop to shop or does state laws differ? I was watching Miami Ink and the girl was turning 18 the next day and they made her wait until midnight before they would touch her even though her mom was there...but then I hear of some people who get their tats at 16/17 because their parents were there...so I'm really confused

After the girl was done doing my first tattoo.. I stood up to look at it... and collapsed in her lap. My friend said that my eyes rolled into the back of my head.... and i was completely white.

I don't think the thinness of your blood really matters... I think it's the amount of sugar or sodium or something in your blood at the time... It's probably sugar. Make sur eyou have a huge meal before you go... and like I said, bring soda.

It depends on shop to shop about the underage thing. A shop I went to when I was 16 said that I needed my mom there... just call up ahead of time and see.

I like tattoos.
It's a good way to "carved" something special in your skin.
Maybe one day if I feel something is so important to me I want to express it in my skin I'll get one.

I have 1 tattoo that I got about 2 years ago. It's an 'R' on my hip. it's for my fiance.

He has an 'A' on his inner forearm?

I am getting a couple words around my wrist in a few weeks. Something that means something to me and him.

I want to get more tattoos too.

I want:
Stars on my feet, sort of shooting stars
Something on my shoulder
Maybe a lower back tattoo

And I think that's about it for tattoos but who know.

I love body modification.

I think I want a new tattoo... my boyfriend says no.. but He's not my boss... I was thinking on the back of the neck, but I'm scared when I get old or even married.. I don't want it to be too visible. so I'm not sure where to get it.. I know I dont want any on my legs.. or arms... or stomach so it doesnt leave too many other places... since I alreayd have my lower back done

Just because butterflies are popular doesn't mean it is tacky or a stupid thing to get tattooed. If anyone is interested- I can post pictures of gorgeous butterfly tats that will probably blow many people away. It can be more interesting and very personal if you design something for yourself as opposed to picking a flash tat from off the tattoo studio wall. Or you can ask a talented artist to custm design for you, no extra charge (although you should definetly tip if you go that route)

I have two mudflap girls on the back of my thighs and I'll be damned what anyone thinks of them. I love it!

well. if i EVER get a tattoo - it would be the trident (symbol of my forever favourite God)
Only thing is that in India - getting that symbol on your hand is down right silly - its a 'caste' system thing and i dont want to have anything to do with the 'caste' system.

gettign it on the ankle would be direspectful ..

so im stuck without it.
