her dressing this week has been great - much more like the Taylor we saw a year or so ago when she first started to make it big. It's so refreshing that her over-wrought outfits of the past 6+ months. I'm actually excited to see what she'll wear in Paris (and london?)

i'd say the green look is the one where she actually made an effort...
and it shows...
i love that...it's totally fun and full of texture...
that's a completely styled look...

i am surprised no one has mentioned it so far...
but there is a conspicuous absence of accessories for taylor---
especially neckwear...

I (briefly!) mentioned this a few pages back - with regards to the black, sombre jumpsuit she was wearing.

We're so accustomed to seeing a riot of accessories - Taylor looks like the kind of girl who'd noisily jangle when she walks - but she has been very understated this season.

I was wondering that myself... .

I love the vibe I'm getting from her NYFW outfits. They just seem to exude a sense of something fresh and crisp (must be all the white!). She definitely stands out when photographed amongst her fellow editors... and I think that is saying something big. Her style is definitely her own - even though it's constantly evolving.

^^i don't know if i've graduated to "like" on that one yet... but i'm getting there

i think the green proenza skirt outfit with the sperrys has been my favorite look so far (i think the dries shirt knotted as a skirt underneath the sparkly mini was pretty genius)... and I like the way she tempered the sparkle with the casual sperrys (even though even those are kind of fun with the snakeskin print)

i REALLY like the last outfit with the skirt with the red in it...
she does such a great shop of coordinating her outfits with her hair color and there was something very easy about the look

i agree it's a bit strange to see her with less accessories than usual...
maybe it's a signal that we're all going to be moving away from stacking every bracelet and necklace we own on our arms and necks all at once?

I love, love, love her red hair...it simply lights up any outfit, although I do agree that during NYFW her oufit choices haven't been as inspiring as usual...

i think the big difference is that she looks like she's working rather than going to a party...
*and going by just what we know of her styling gigs...that's probably true...
she's never been so busy in her life, i would guess...


could also be a lady gaga kind of thing...
just when you were expecting a bunch of wacky stuff...she goes all mainstream to keep everyone on their toes....
...

but i think it's really that she's just quite busy...
i would imagine that in paris she is just going to shows and parties...
so she probably has more time to dress up...
plus- if you have to pack...it means you have to do some planning in advance...
so i would guess there would be some nice looks in the plan...
