I'm 16 and favor 3-4 inch heels... but I started out with kitten heels at 14 and then gradually they got more comfy and I went higher... but I never never wear heels w/ a short skirt...

It werid i did the opicite to you when i was about 11 i started wearing pointy toe boots and really high stelleto heals and wore them all the time till about a year ago when i didscovered flats. Hell im a freak i find pointy toe stelletos the most comfy shoes ever. how werid am i ??

But i guess not everyone is like me so What about kitten heals ? I would wear wedges or pumps with heals or something like that i wouldnt wear anything to strappy as its harder to walk in, id get in practise with these first. Or i would were shoes with a fatter heal not a steletto.

Why not start out with a wedge? I often find them more comfortable.. plus they don't look too "mature" ifyou can find a good pair

My suggestion is this, go Vintage!

The best shoes are found on thrift stores and vintage stores, women back in the days used to have small feet, so you will be able to fit in that kind of shoe... little pumps w/ the kitten heel and almond toe, strappy sandals with the mini heel...it's cute, very pixie, and it's better than shoes that look liek you're trying too hard...

Those silky Nine West ones are gorgeous ! If you're looking for closed-toe wedges, I bought these and I love them ! They're really comfy to wear as well, they don't make my feet ache at all. They come in this colour (like a pale pinkish gold/bronze) and mint green.

hi a bit late to enter this thread but nevertheless... i'm 15 too and make sure you wear comfortable heels or at least don't wear painful heels too much because i started wearing really high heels really early on... like when i was 12 and my feet are horrible now but i'm addicted! heels make your legs look so much prettier

The brand is 'Kit', they sell it in loads of clothing catalogues like Littlewoods Extra, Argos Additions, etc. but I got mine from Abound. They were only £13 on an introductory offer.
