She's referring to Milo Ventimiglia and yeah the tabloids did make a cover of it when it was announced but I believe that they're not 'famous' enough to get the spot.Same thing happened for other celebrities when they dated older guys,most of the tabloids don't make a fuss about it,it's so common,they're more interested in their celebrity status like Scarlett.J and Jared Leto a few years back.
