This is a take on "La Grande Bouffe", a very controversial French film from a long time ago. It shocked the French people at the time (including my nother who hated it) as it was showing scenes of horrifying greed as in "eating-till-you-explode" behaviours in a sexual context too.
Two deadly sins combined into one. Lust and Greed Why not, it goes well with "Les Peches" editorial

well what if people eat because they are not greedy but actually really sick and tyhe medications make them eat more? i guess things with a deeper psychological charachter are harder to portray than a charicature
