One more done!
1: The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen
2: Bossypants by Tina Fey
3: Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand
4: Tomorrow in the Battle Think on Me by Javier Marias
5: Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood
6: The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss
This one is a reread for me... it's the first of a trilogy and I'd been waiting for the second book to come out since I read this the first time around, and by the time it did I had basically forgotten the story...
and then because it (and the second book in the trilogy) are so thick i avoided reading them last year as I was trying to tear through 50 books
I'm already tearing through this though... almost 200 pages in, and am enjoying the rediscovery and am likely picking up on more of it than i did last time. so it's all good
just wish i wasn't so behind on the challenge in general but i have a feeling my competitive side will kick in and i'll catch up.
*also, i really enjoyed cat's eye and will try to post a review sometime soon!
