
There are so many things I love to eat (I really love tofu...) but I can't now really because it breaks me out. I think there's something else but I can't quite pinpoint it. I know dairy does to a certain extent also. I think the deal with the soy is because it mimics the structure of estrogen?I have super sensitive acne prone skin that can get dry patches. I use a gentle cleanser (like cetaphil) only in the evenings along with Retin-A.



I noticed that!skinoren is very comedogenic, it made my face break out even more
