I know this may sound obvious or just plain simple, but sometimes not thinking/obsessing about your skin is more beneficial than any medicine or topical treatment out there. Come to think of it the whole 'you create what you fear' scenario can apply here...
sooo true. come to think of it my peers never made fun of me for having skin issues. it was my family that stressed me out very badly. constantly pushing me to actively try to murder my face(the blemishes but you know what i mean, it was harsh). they meant well but it was hard being the burning ant under the microscope. always having them around to assess my progress, was my skin improving or not? if i was breaking out during my *ragdoll*(also hormones going crazy because i was going through puberty as well) i couldnt even use that as an 'excuse' because they were convinced that i must have gotten lazy and stopped my skincare routine
without telling them i stopped using everything, i threw everything away so i wouldnt be tempted and said f*ck it! then when my skin started improving they would ask what i was doing because it was working. i would avoid it and *shrug my shoulders* like i dunnoooo lol you know how teenagers are! then when they asked after a while when i was sure my skin was clearing up for good i told them, i used absolutely nothing. BOOYA MOMMY! AUNTIES! SISTA! ETC in your motherf*cking face now leave me alone

my pleasure, my dear

Anyone have the same as mine?
but after,good skin.

But last time I went to dermatologist she prescribed me antibiotics which certainly did help but antibiotics are very bad for health and I don't want to take more antibiotics
