I would suggest going on birth control for the cystic acne since it's from hormonal fluctuations. Otherwise, treat with tea tree oil and DO NOT touch them - AT ALL. Let them heal.
I would most def look into birth control like Yaz to help. I used to get like 5 cystic pimples before my period and now I haven't had one since I started bc.
I would suggest this: http://www.thebodyshop.ca/en/skin-care/skin-care-best-sellers/tea-tree-blemish-gel.aspx I used to use it to zap the cystic pimples and if used before it gets too big, it can make it go away within days.

Now i'm using only those soaps against Acne, but it dries my skin so much. The problem with me is that i do everything as possible to make it disapear, which it makes my face worse.
Surprisingly, I experienced very, very little irritation - it basically only made my skin slightly sensitive for a short period of time. For months and months now, it has no adverse effects at all. It definitely DOES help your skin - it eventually significantly reduces pore size and creates a nice, even skin tone. It completely refines the texture of your skin. I highly recommend it.
My face is pocketful of acnes esp around the cheeks & chin areas. I'm using the Eucerin Dermopurifyer which targets at eliminating acne. However it didn't really works
