Olivia is such a poor worker. She really doesn't put much effort in at all. It's obvious she doesn't need the job and doesn't really care. If you're really hungry and want to advance you go above and beyond to impress your boss. Olivia does less than the minimum and makes every task harder than it needs to be when people have to go behind her and fix things. Joe is a terrible boss for letting her get away with underperforming task after task.

i think this is still considered season 1 ... i think they just did some "bonus" episodes. idk why but i feel like mtv does this a lot with the hills too. i know that the hills is still considered season 5 (i think that's what they are on) and the newest episodes are just bons episodes. it's dumb!

I love The City so much this "extended season"
It's so good, way better than The Hills imo.
I am loving Olivia and Erin's work drama. All work places have that type of clashing but it's fun to see their open fights! I can't believe there is only 1 more episode left. Why do I feel like the show just started this season!?
