I don't think Angelina should be Catwoman...it's too predictable and plus she just doesn't seem like a real person (too beautiful/ too much of a media personality), whereas the rest of the Batman cast/ characters thus far feel like real people despite their superhero/ supervillian qualities.

I haven't really thought about who could play her much...but one name comes to mind...Selma Blair. I think she could easily play the mousy Selina Kyle and also the vampy Catwoman. Someone like Angelina could NEVER play a convincing mousy girl...she's still too 'Angelina/ gorgeous/ Hollywood.'

Wow, watched this movie just the other night, and one word.... AMAZING!
It think it was due to the fact that Heath Ledger gave such a stellar performance, wooow.. I've never seen him act so convincingly and real in any other role than this one. His performance really gave me the shivers. And Christopher Nolan is just a fantastic director. Also thumbs up for soundtrack, Especially at the eerie music/sounds with the joker scenes!
Loved loved it!
Only Christian Bale's Batman voice really was quite funny... sounded like he'd smoked a pack of cigarettes his whole life with that voice lol

I understand that Bruce would have to change his voice so no one would recognize him but that voice was just too silly!

I TOTALLY agree with dior_couture about Angelina playing Catwoman. To me, she's just so obviously sexy, meaning big boobs and big lips but not much else. Plus I just happen to think that there are more talented actresses working these days.

Catwoman needs to be darker, more subversive and erotic rather than just a bombshell. I could almost see Charlize Theron working well in the role, or Eva Green.

Johnny Depp as the Riddler though...that could definitely be interesting.

I'm pretty sure the mayor was not wearing eyeliner. The actor who plays him, Nestor Carbonell, just has really dark lashes that frame his eyes.

Fun fact:
Heath Ledger improvised when he started clapping inside his jail cell in a mocking and sardonic capacity as Gordon is promoted. The clapping was not scripted but Christopher Nolan immediately encouraged the crew to continue filming and the sequence was included in the film.

As amazing as the joker character is, each time I see him, I can't help but think about the toll it took on Heath.
