It is sad to hear about Morgan Freeman being in a serious condition. I hope that he will recover soon. Dark Knight is the best movie out this year. I have seen it 2x!

I found myself having one hell of a time trying to figure out what batman was saying with his chain smoking voice.

I saw it for the second time last night.

Not that great the second time. But maybe that's just me because I already knew what to expect.

Batman's voice IS so annyoing.
Heath only did his amazing Joker laugh once in the whole movie. Damn.
The mayor's eyeliner is WAY too dark.

I don't think it's eyeliner... I'm watching him in LOST at the moment, and he has it there too... I think he just has super super dark eyelashes that frame his eyes like that.

Is it true that they are actually considering casting Maggie Gyllenhaal as catwoman?

I also really wanted to have the Joker and Harley Quinn together in one Batman movie, but unfortunately that won't happen now.

I heard, and I think it was already mentioned here, that Angelina Jolie is the main contender for Catwoman. Although, that might just be a rumor. I certainly hope that if Angelina doesn't get cast as Catwoman, that the part does not go to Maggie (a rumor that I too heard). I didn't think that Maggie did a good enough acting job as Rachel to warrant her being cast as Catwoman. The only rumor that I REALLY hope is reality based is that Philip Seymour Hoffman is being considered to play The Penguin. Philip Seymour Hoffman is one of my favorite actors.

I don't want there to be another Batman movie lol. I honestly don't think I need another movie
after The Dark Knight, it was just too perfect and I don't want a disappointing sequel!

And I heard Johnny Depp as the Riddler as well...just from the rumor mill though.

Yeah, I also heard that Johnny Depp is being considered for the Riddler. I hope that they don't try to recast The Joker. I think that it would be an insult to Heath's memory to even attempt to recast the role. Heath's portrayal of The Joker was, in my mind, pretty much flawless.
I also agree that Angelina would make a fierce Catwoman. I honestly can't think of anyone else who would be a better fit for the role.

They better no recast the Joker! I just read a thread here from way back on TFS about Heath being considered to play the Joker and members were not happy to say the least!
I hope they don't cast Johnny as the riddler, Im afraid he'll end up being just like Willy Wonka and Ed Wood. I quite liked Jim Carey's portrayal of the Riddler though.
