The Devil Wears Prada Movie - 2 (sequel)

Don't think there is a sequel, there is nothing about it anywhere but here, I bet you anything this is some filming for either the Oscars or some other award show, kind of like a comedy sketch they do for the opening of award shows, I bet it is for the Oscars, you'll all see.

I would LOVE a new movie about fashion though. Maybe something that was a little kinder to women who consider fashion to be important to them. Let's see it from the other side, where the main concept of the movie isn't talk about how frivolous fashion is.

I've actually heard rumours of that too. I'm not sure whether to be excited or not, cause the story line pretty much came from nowhere.

I think they should just make Lauren's second book, Everybody worth knowing.. or is it Everyone worth knowing??

A sequel to TDWP would suck.

They should make a new fashion film all together... based on behind the scenes... or even better... base it on the NYC socialites and their caddy behaviour towards having the must have items before their rivals.. :)

I follow the entertainment industry and I never heard of a TDWP sequel until I came across this thread... I don't think a sequel would be a good idea.

I hope that they were filming a skit for the Oscars or what not.

A sequel to this movie would be terrible, in my opinion. Of course, I'm biased due to not liking 3/4 of sequels in the first place, but I still feel there wouldn't be much meaning behind a second movie.

You have got to be kidding me! If this is true, I can see this sequel sinking faster than the Titanic in theaters. Not only that, I can see it going right to video. How much did Devil Wears Prada make in the theaters?
Usually huge blockbusters do sequels. Such as Pirates of the Caribbean?
