VersaceGirl - I think you'll need to apply foundation to your lips first, before applying one of the suggested colors. If your lips have the slightest tendency to chap, you'll need to brush them with an old toothbrush and apply moisture to them..otherwise the end result will look nothing like the picture

Shade description: Vivid bluish-violet duochrome*with violet opalescent shimmer (Satin)

I have it and do a similar looking eye by swiping that on the lid, creme de violet and some black eyeliner/shadow.

jjbunny79 I have lids that are uneven too, one side has a weird double fold and the other as a single, when your lids are like that...on the eye that you have problems with...kinda act like theres the same lid..its one of those things you have to look at the other lid and approximate where would it be on the opposite side and swipe the color there.

Now onto the colors...

The bluegreen thats used like liner under looks like MAC Shadestick in Sea Me(Shade description: Buoyantly mid-tone blue (Frost).)
For the blue I'm thinking MAC Plumage (Shade description: Dusky peacock (Matte).) or MAC Flashtrack (Shade description: Bright midnight blue with silver reflects (Veluxe Pearl).)
For the goldish highlight probably Ricepaper (Shade description: Soft peachy gold with shimmer (Frost).)
Crystal Avalanche (Shade description: White with silver reflects (Veluxe Pearl) could work for the white highlight.

When doing this look...on the undereye apply the white first then brush some of the blue on the outer edge first before you apply the bluegreen. Lightly smudge if need be to reduce to "harshness" by slightly blending them.

Not sure about the purple, but I'm positive shinylicious glosses (in the drugstore) have a shade of lipgloss like that.

I am really bad at this stuff and was wondering if anyone had any specific brand suggestions for this color lipgloss/stick? I bought a few that I thought might work but I was WAY off. It seems like such an easy color to match but I'm not having much luck. Here are a bunch of examples.

I was just going through the what's in your makeup-bag thread and one of the members posted two pictures (on the 4th page I think) and in her rejected makeup picture there was a dior (I think) gloss that looked like it might work. I know this isn't very helpful but I saw it and thought of you.

so...i'm very makeup challenged (i've never applied eyeshadow in my life, for example). i generally hate makeup (it's so much work!), i only use it to cover the dark, monstrous circles under my eyes. but i bought a vintage dress from the 50's and i want to have doe eyes a la brigitte bardot to play up that look...so any tips would be appreciated. and as much detail as humanly possible would be appreciated, because i am downright stupid when it comes to makeup application.

It´s not Adriana Lima.

The girl on the left is using liquid but the one on the right i guess not (although it could be a very thin line, but by the inner corner of the eye i think it´s not). It looks like eye pencil in black.

You could try a gel liner, like MAC fluidlines, it can give a nice clean look like liquid, but it is supposedly easier to control.

I also LOOOVE Adriana's makeup, in almost every picture! But in an interview Adriana said that she loves makeup from Shu Uemura, so maybe she is wearign something from that brand. But it could also happen that she is wearinig Victoria's secret make up since she is on an VS event.. I'm not sure. Someone else knows?

But it's her features that makes everything look so amazing. Apart from that she's just wearing regular liquid foundation, concealer, a bit of bronzer perhaps and a matte lipstick.
