The MAC Makeup Thread

Today I bought MAC Sheertone Blush in Tenderling, and I love it! I wanted a product that would bring more colour to my face, make it look brighter, healthier...I guess a little bit what a tan would do. Since I'm very pale, all these dark, dark bronzers with gold glitter are very offputting to me. This does exactly what I wanted...it's very subtle, but can be built up to a deeper colour, and is good for sculpting your face as well. I highly recommend this for people with pale skin :flower:

I got Humid & Print e/s recently. The first one made it to my favs list after one use... gorgeous shimmering Olive color! Print is nice for smokey eyes and more blendable/even than Carbon.

Luminary Lustreglass is another tipp: iridescent pink and gold sparkles in sheer pale pink base, kinda like Oyster Girl lipglass, but less sticky, milky and pasty...

I just got pigment in TAN and I know it sounds boring but it is such a pretty color!!

im deeeeply in love with the plush glass glosses, the first gloss that stayed on ME the whole day, they smell divine too!!!
i have ample pink, looks clear if u put one layer tho, still the gloss is one of the best iv ever tried

is anyone having difficulty accessing the MAC website? It keeps sending me to the Australian website, which tells it will be 'up and running soon!'

Hey! I found this beautiful photo (its from Atil Kutoglu, SS 2005) and i know for a fact that the makeup is from MAC. Could you help me out, like suggest which products are most appropriate etc ^_^

six ;)

me too, I rarely pay for a lipstick ... when I do, it's because I've made a mistake and gotten something I didn't like ...

Re the Fluidlines (I love them). I've got pale skin and blue-gray eyes. I have Blacktrack and Royal Wink, and I want to go get anther today. I was thinking either Blitz n Glitz, Iris Eyes, or Sweet Sage. Does the sparkly stuff in Blitz n Glitz really show up on your lids? Same question for Sweet Sage really - does it actually show up on lids? I am leaning towards Iris Eyes, unless someone tells me that one of the others is better (or has a different suggestion :)).

A MAC-lady tried on this fab creme blush on me, but I don't remember what the colour was called. It was a very neutral pink, like this one. The colour suited me so perfectly! I can't really describe the colour in english (kind of dusty rosa?), and the colour charts on the MAC-website aren't very helpful. Anyone?

I just got mulch eyeshadow and 6 others as a get better soon present from my mother.. amazing blot powder too...sucks up all the moisture!

The_Ida u may wanna go to the store and look for the colors, the swatches in their site arent that helpful..

I can't, I live 250 km's from a store, otherwise I wouldn't ask :(

She used a blush brush, actually. I figured that she'd use a foundation brush, but she didn't. It came out very evenly, it was so pretty (esp because the colour suited me perfectly). She told me that any non-shedding blush brush would be just fine, not just the ones from MAC :D

I went by MAC today and remembered you're question.. so I had a look at the creme blushes.. there weren't that many pinks .. the one that resembled the color you posted was the creme blush called Posey
