I would love to test that out!!!

I still have not tried my Chanel mascara. I have got to try that out asap!

fortunately i never have to wear mascara  my lashes are naturally crazily dark and thick. i just dye them every 2nd month

I recently bought the newest Maybelline mascara:
Define-A-Lash Volume

I love this, I am really happy with it. I prefer to have waterproof mascara because i have issues with my eyes watering in the wind and it can all get really messy. Its nice to have the option between waterproof or just normal! It stops clumping although i find the brush to feel a little too rough when applying.

And i also got:

Sumptuous Bold Volume Lifting Mascara

I was told that this was the fastest selling mascara in Boots and i just had to give it a try. It really does give a lot more volume to the lashes but there is a little clumping. Cant really moan about it though because it really is very good. Not waterproof though!

When I sat at the make-up counter at Nordstrom, the lady applied it to my eye lashes by rolling the brush in her fingers instead of stroking along my lashes.

Does that work better and deposit more mascara on my eyelashes?

i liked cover girl lash blast but then it got clumpy sooo fast....so i put some water in it and ruined it....and i bought another one and it was so clumpy from the start, idk what happened. now i use almay triple effect which is pretty good but not amazing....i also tried great lash which was so-so

I saw this new mascara by Max Factor. It has two sides to it. One side strengthens the eyelashes and the other adds color to them; gold, blue and I don't remember the third one. I like the gold mascara. I was wondering whether anyone had tried it before and could tell me whether it is worth it and if the color actually looks good...
Thank you! :flower:

This is probably an exhausted topic, but I can never find mascara that works for my short, straight [Asian, haha] lashes. I even have a Shiseido curler, but it doesn't do anything like it should. =[

In one of my previous jobs (corp office of a beauty retailer) one of my co-workers used to constantly apply mascara throughout the day. At least three to four times. She would just add it right on top of what she was already wearing. Does anyone do that? Is that a particular method? It looked like she was pulling at her lashes because the mascara is so dry.

Also, what do you use to remove mascara? I have a hard time getting mine off. It ends up around my eyes giving me dark circles. I try to remove it, but I don’t want to pull at my skin either.

ETA: I just saw info here on DHC and Shiseido cleansing oil. I think I will try that unless anyone has something better. :)

I got the chanel one at the end because the lancome was too expensive (30 pounds!) the chanel IMO is not "exceptionnel" as it claims to be, or maybe i didn't put it on in the right way!
