This was taken on the fourth floor of a hotel! I'm not sure what prompted the man to jump on the balcony, but he did and luckily I was able to photograph it.

This was for photo, where we had to make a picture that didn't really make sense. I was on the roof taking a photo of a doll sitting, then my kitty came out the window, and yeah

I honestly do not know if this is allowed as I didn't exactly come across it in the street, but it was asking to be photographed...I'll leave you guys to be the judge as to if it qualifys

No, but I do see the resemblance! The photograph was actually taken in Leavenworth, Washington, a mock Bavarian village (believe me, it's as strange as it sounds!).

unfortunately i didn't have my camera with me the other day when i walked out of my apartment to see a dozen dead fish lying on the sidewalk, surrounded by 3 bewildered new york state environmental officers. that probably would have been appropriate for this contest.

i took this picture when i was visiting family in vermont over the holidays. it depicts a sad, fungus-encrusted tree stump inexplicably surrounded by a protective wrought-iron fence and festooned with a cluster of christmas lights.
