Its a Arabic dress and my inspiration was arabic dance cuture and with a mix of pakistani flavour which i know most people would not be familiar with.



and i dont have a scanner so bare the bad quality of a phone camera

Gown loosely based on ancient Russian costume with heavy embroidery and fur with inbuilt sporadically-cut cape.

Ok well, I have decided to judge to keep the game going!

i-man91 - Your design is beautiful. I can just imagine how your design would move on the runway, or even on the dancefloor. It totally reminds me of Slumdog Millionaire and the song Jai Ho! It is cool how you opened up the arms, to make it different from other designs like that. So cool.

Crying Diamonds - I love your design. I love the fact that it was influenced by Russia, which I was thinking about when I made the theme. I can just imagine all of the embroidery. I also like your drawing... the fingers and the head are cool. Fantastic!

Hana_N - I really like how your influence translated. Right away you can tell that it's influenced by Japan. It also looks perfect for workwear, just chic and sexy enough, without being over the top. I wouldn't mind seeing that where I work. Great job!

Off the top of my head I've decided on the new theme:

Scene:
Burj Dubai, the tallest building in the world is opening at the end of 2009. The Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates wants to show off the wealth of Dubai to the world, but also the cultural, refined side of it.
He wants to put on the biggest, most spectacular fashion show ever held on the top floor of the building to an exclusive crowd of billionaires, socialites, and aristocracy, showcasing some of the worlds newest and most talented designers who he shall fund to create the finest quality, hand-crafted designs that convey the qualities and attractions of Dubai.
You are one of those designers!
