It seems, on good nights in the summer, balloons take off from Royal Victoria Park in Bath. Here a red balloon is reflected in the windows of a building near the Royal Crescent.

you're right, my mistake. That decision was arbitrary at the time though... so if people would prefer to limit it to 1 or 2 then we could update it.
